The user can define the time required for the various stages of the  operational purchasing handling process. The system automatically monitors the process,  informs about the delays and usually starts substitutions defined at the modeling stage of the order handling process.

In addition, e-service automatically identifies mismanagement - situations in which the user did not use the substitute, what makes necessary to incur higher costs by the organization. It is also possible to analyse attomatically the purchasing trends throughout the organization. The analysis concerns comparisons of ordered products between individuals, organizational units, at the time, based on the employee. On this basis,potential misuses connected with making purchases for private purposes are automatically identified.
